Make pre-production planning thoughtful and detailed all the time.
Try make production work as near to professionally possible.
I think that the atmosphere in the Media Department is very relaxed, but not too much that no one does their work. There is a lot of independency for the students but the help is always there when needed.
I think that working of the PGS media website is a good way to work as if a student misses a lesson for whatever reason, they can easily go on the site to see what they have missed from that lesson and what work they need to do to catch up.
